Nick Nguyen is a native of Orange County, California, driven by a passion for achieving ambitious goals. Growing up he co-founded Zentraedi Racing, an award-winning car club, and in 2004 he earned the BMW Profiles in Achievement Award for nationwide top auto sales performers from Crevier BMW the nation’s leading BMW dealership.

In 2005, seeking new challenges, Nick founded Eminent Funding Mortgage Corporation. As CEO, he transformed the company from a real estate mortgage brokerage into a mortgage banking lender and developed "OneStopRefi," an automated loan refinancing system supported by Fortune 500 companies like Washington Mutual and DataQuicks.

After the mortgage industry downturn, and attributing much of his companies success to the internet, Nick pivoted to technology, teaching himself programming and eventually leading projects for organizations such as Contest Central, Native West, and Assembly Alliance. Also establishing long term working relationships freelancing for marketing firms like Eyemotive and Rhythm Interactive.
In 2020, Nick became the Chief Technologies Officer at Navenu Inc, developing web and mobile apps, with an AI Concierge and over 500 venues launched in London and Dubai.

On his free time, Nick is an endurance cyclist pedaling over 40,000 miles to date and an avid downhill mountain biker. A proud member and webmaster for R5Ciclismo.com and SkyridgeMTBCrew.com.
